Oh no, not another PhotoBlog…..you bet. I’ve got all these images on my hard drive and nobody to see them!
To be honest, I dabbled with a blog hosted at wordpress.com which served me well and was a great introduction to WordPress, but now I thought I would break-out on my own and host a site specifically to show case some of my work. So here it is….in its infancy at the moment, but time flies it will soon be a grown up PhotoBlog.
I’m lucky to live near the Lake District (England) so a lot of my work is landscape, but I will dabble (as you’ll see) in all types of photography.
I got my first camera aged around eight…one of the early Black & White Polaroids which was fantastic for instant (well nearly instant!) view of what you had taken….very handy for an impatient eight year old. Over the years I’ve had several film camera’s but only really began to take things a bit more seriously when I got my first 6Mb digital camera in 2003.
I hope you enjoy looking at my images, please feel free to comment…constructive criticism is always gratefully received as I am very much an amateur at this and still view everyday as an opportunity to get better.
